Phenolic resins for pultrusion – High-performance engineering resins

Shengquan Group is a Chinese listed company with headquarters in Jinan, Shandong Province. It is one of the largest phenolic resin producers in the world.

The Shengquan Group has been represented in Germany since 2009. Initially, SQ Deutschland GmbH focused on selling products for the foundry industry. Today, our product range is much more diversified and also includes phenolic resins for the rubber industry. The products are stored by longstanding logistics partners. The quality management of SQ Deutschland GmbH is certified in line with DIN ISO 9001.

The Shengquan Group markets three systems containing different accelerators/hardeners. The products are manufactured either at the Chinese plant or by European partners.

Three different systems are available.

• Individual adjustment to suit customer requirements.
• Good processing properties with relatively low viscosity.
• Suitable for applications with enhanced fire protection.

• Two-component system – Tried-and-tested basic solution with excellent process reliability
• Three-component system – ndividual adjustment of the crosslinking rate (can be increased up to 20%)
